Chelsea Piers BlueStreak offers extensive options for sport-specific training. Although participants train in groups, each athlete’s protocol is individualized based on his or her future athletic goals and current capabilities. BlueStreak’s programs are customized for specific sports and build upon the initial framework of the Acceleration program, which is designed to increase speed, strength, agility and overall athletic conditioning.
The Acceleration & Skills program provides sport-specific training with skills development components in baseball, basketball, football, hockey, lacrosse, soccer and volleyball.
