Chelsea Piers BlueStreak was created to meet the training demands of individual athletes and athletic organizations in the New York City metropolitan area. This elite training facility, located in the heart of the Chelsea Piers Sports & Entertainment Complex – an internationally recognized destination for competitive and recreational sports in New York City – provides the perfect environment to help dedicated athletes reach their potential. Our program is ideal for middle school and high school athletes (ages 12-18), collegiate and professional athletes, and adult athletes looking to bring their game to the next level.

Using state-of-the-art equipment and the Athletic Republic system, Chelsea Piers BlueStreak helps athletes reach their athletic potential through a series of exercises that enhance physical performance and sport-specific training protocols. Working in small groups and supervised by an Athletic Republic Level III-certified coaching staff, dedicated athletes can improve their speed, conditioning, running mechanics, agility and coordination skills by participating in one of our many programs. With the Athletic Republic program, the average athlete will see a 2-4 inch increase in vertical jump, a decrease of 0.2 seconds in a 40-yard sprint, and a 50% reduction in recovery rates.
