The Skate Room is an enclosed area that houses the FAST-patented Skating Treadmill. Hockey players from competitive youth to professional levels will improve their speed, conditioning and skating mechanics on the Skating Treadmill.

We also utilize Dartfish video motion analysis as a tool to evaluate and teach improved skating/striding mechanics.
