Strong athletes make the best athletes.  Using FreeMotion machines, free weights and body weight, athletes train under close supervision to build strong muscles.

Athletes progress through the Frappier Acceleration program at a rate that is both safe and effective.

Our strength training protocols were designed in conjunction with physicians, physical therapists and coaches to meet specific age-appropriate demands of athletes.
