Acceleration

Appropriate for:
- Youth ages 12-18
- Collegiate athletes
- Professional/elite athletes
- All sports involving acceleration, speed and agility,
including gymnastics, figure skating, baseball, football
and more.

The program begins with a pre-test to measure the athlete's current physical level to ensure the athlete is matched to the protocol that best suits his or her athletic capabilities.
Over the next 18 sessions, the athlete will complete
a series of FAST training sessions utilizing the
Generation III highspeed treadmill (skating treadmill
for ice hockey), plyometric and functional strength
equipment, dynamic warm-up and agility training.
The final session is a post-test where the athlete will be evaluated for increases in strength, speed and endurance.
Program Goal
With
the FAST Acceleration program,
the average athlete will see
a 2-4 inch increase in vertical
jump, a decrease of 0.2 seconds
in a 40-yard sprint, and a
50% reduction in recovery rates.
