Boot Camp 
Boot Camp is a 6-week, 3-day-a-week, program offered in conjunction with the Sports Center health club at Chelsea Piers.
Twice a week, athletes utilize the Sports Center's 1/4-mile indoor track, sand volleyball court and basketball courts for a variety of innovative and athletically challenging drills and circuit training exercises.
Once a week, athletes train at BlueStreak for speedwork, plyometrics and core and strength training. Utilizing BlueStreak's state-of-the-art equipment, including Generation III Super Treadmills and the Plyo Platform, participants train on the same equipment used by elite and professional athletes.
Working in small groups, athletes receive individualized attention. All ability levels are welcome; exercises can be modified based on current fitness levels.
