Summer Training

Youth baseball players, 12-17 years, work in groups with experienced, high-level coaches. Low player-to-coach ratios ensure players receive individual attention to achieve peak conditioning. By helping athletes achieve strong baselines in cardiovascular and muscular strength, players are well equipped to make huge gains on the field.

Speed Training

High-intensity sprinting sequences on Generation III Super Treadmills improve speed for base running and covering ground on the field.

Strength Training

Strength exercises are biomechanically specific to on-field skills, including muscle movements used in hitting and throwing.

Plyometric Training

Pyometric training provides power training ideally suited to baseball with drills for increased coordination, reaction time and explosive and lateral power.
