“Dr. Metzl suggested I train at Chelsea Piers BlueStreak this summer in order to prevent injuries going into the fall cross country season. I’ve had a lot of stress fractures, so by training at BlueStreak, he thought I’d be able to stay in shape better and avoid a pre-season injury. The training program was hard but fun, and it really helped me stay in shape over the summer.”
