Internal Recognition
We have a number of internal programs designed to show our appreciation for the outstanding efforts of our employees:
- The All-Star Team Award is given quarterly to a group of associates nominated by their peers and managers and selected by a committee comprised of representatives from each of the venues. The final award selection is based chiefly on the quality of both customer service and teamwork delivered in the following quarter.

Allan Renz named to Golf Range Magazine's top U.S. Instructor List
In May of 2008, Golf Club Teaching Professional and Director of Schools Allan Renz was named to Golf Range Magazine's prestigious list of United States' top instructors. As the Golf Club's instructor of the year for the past four years, Allan has made invaluable contributions to the Piers.
