ConEdison Solutions recognized Chelsea Piers and other 100% green power purchasers at a press conference today at Sky Rink. ConEdison Solutions announced Chelsea Piers' rank as New York City's largest commercial purchaser of 100% wind power.
Annually, this purchase will offset over 13,344 metric tons of electricity-related greenhouse gas emissions, an annual amount equal to taking 2,856 cars off the road.
