Chelsea Piers is pleased to announce that NYC's first
Stonyfield Cafe will open at the Piers in the spring of 2012!
Stonyfield Café will
offer customers fresh, delicious natural and organic meals served quickly in a
comfortable setting featuring scenic views of the Hudson River &
Greenway.
Executive Chef David Seigal - a veteran of Jean Georges,
Bouley, and the award-winning organic wine bar The Tangled Vine – has created a
menu using many ingredients sourced locally from the Hudson Valley, Long Island
and Upstate New York. Lunch and event catering at Chelsea Piers and in the
surrounding Chelsea neighborhood is available now. The Cafe will be located at
the northwestern end of the Chelsea Piers complex and will include an
old-fashioned walk-up dairy bar for frozen yogurt, Stonyfield frozen yogurt

Sky Rink's own Sean Conlon, 15, is the National Intermediate Men's Figure Skating Silver medalist! Sean beat out 50 skaters from across the country to earn the second place title. Sean started skating at Sky Rink's skating school and worked his way up throughout the years. Sean is coached by staff coach Helen Bowlin. Congratulations, Sean!

Sky Rink’s very own
Sean Conlon will be competing in the Junior National Figure Skating
Championships in East Lansing, Michigan from December 10 - 14. Sean is a former
member of Sky Rink’s Skating School, Junior Prep, and Figure Skating programs.
Best of luck, Sean!
Also competing is Lyra Katzman. Lyra began
skating at Wollman and moved to Sky Rink shortly after. Additionally, Lyra will be a featured performer in this year's Holiday on the Hudson. We wish her
