It might be a bit chilly for winter kayaking, but it’s a great time of year to enjoy a kayak film festival. On February 16-17, 2008, the Hudson River Paddlers Guild, in partnership with Hudson River Park, will present the United States premiere of the Teva Reel Paddling Film Festival, featuring prize-winning international films. Additionally, the Metropolitan Waterfront Alliance’s documentary about the future of New York City’s harbor, City of Water, will be shown.
