Brooklyn
Bridge, Manhattan Bridge, Williamsburg Bridge: Follow
FDR Drive North to East 23rd Street exit. Follow
23rd Street west to the Hudson River. Make
a right turn on to 11th Ave. and then make a left
onto 24th St. At the light, make a left onto West
Side Highway and turn
right at the next traffic light into
the entrance of Chelsea Piers.
Brooklyn
Battery Tunnel: Follow signs to
West Street (West Side Highway). Continue north
to the
21st St. exit, bear right onto 11th Ave, then make
a left onto 24th St. At the light, make a left
onto West Side Highway and turn
right at the next traffic light into
the entrance of Chelsea Piers.

Queens
Midtown Tunnel, 59th Street Bridge (Queensboro Bridge): Continue
South to 23rd Street. At 23rd Street, turn right
and follow 23rd Street West to The Hudson River.
Make a right turn on to 11th Ave. and then make a
left onto 24th St. At the light, make a left onto
West Side Highway and turn
right at the next traffic light into
the entrance of Chelsea Piers.

Henry
Hudson Parkway (West Side Highway):Follow
South to West 23rd Street. At West 23rd Street,
turn right at the traffic light in the Complex.
FDR
Drive: South
to East 23rd Street Exit. Follow 23rd Street
West to The Hudson River. Make a right turn
on to 11th Ave. and then make a left onto 24th

Lincoln
Tunnel and George Washington Bridge: Follow
signs for West Side Highway (Henry Hudson Parkway)
South to West 23rd Street. At West 23rd Street,
turn right at the traffic light into the complex.
Holland
Tunnel: Follow
signs for West Street (West Side Highway) North
to West 23rd Street. After the 21st St. exit,
bear right onto 11th Ave, then make a left
onto 24th St. At the light, make a left onto
West Side Highway and turn
right at the next traffic light into the complex.

Parking
Cars enter Chelsea Piers from the West Side Highway at approximately 23rd Street.
There is a "Chelsea Piers Only" access road exiting from the
southbound lane of the highway. Traffic is one-way only along our East
Roadway, with three (3) staggered parking booths at both the entrance and
exit to the Complex. Click

PUBLIC
TRANSPORTATION:
The M23 bus crosses Manhattan on West 23rd Street and stops directly in front
of the northern entrance to Chelsea Piers. The M14 bus crosses Manhattan on
14th Street and stops at 18th Street in front of the southern entrance to Chelsea
Piers. The M23 and M14 buses connect with all of Manhattan's north-south bus
routes and subway lines.

ENTRANCE
There is a bus pull-off along the west side of the highway at approximately
23rd Street dedicated solely to the M23.
PEDESTRIAN
ACCESS
Traffic
lights and crosswalks guide pedestrians, skaters
and cyclists safely across the West Side Highway
at 22nd, 20th and 18th Streets. Chelsea Piers is
also accessible from the Hudson River Park bikeway/walkway
that parallels the Hudson River. Bike racks are located throughout Chelsea
Piers.
BIKEWAY/WALKWAY
A tree-lined bikeway/walkway, extending from Battery Park to West 57th Street,
runs parallel to the Chelsea Piers East Roadway, allowing safe and convenient
access from all points. It crosses the Chelsea Piers East Roadway at approximately
17th Street and 22nd Street and proceed North.
TAXIS
Our turnaround circle is a "Taxi and Chartered Bus" pick-up and drop-off
area with a covered taxi stand. Taxis may also drop-off Chelsea Piers guests
in the parking lane along the northbound lane of the West Side Highway between
17th & 22nd Streets. Taxis may also enter via the "Chelsea Piers only" access
road, to drop-off passengers within the complex.
