6:00pm

ARRIVAL

Guests arrive at Chelsea Piers and proceed to the Field House.  Staff greet guests and direct them to their activity starting location.

6:00pm - 8:00pm

GROUP ACTIVITIES/COMPETITIONS

Field House facilitators lead guests through a series of activities, keeping score along the way and setting a competitive tone.  Activity options include Basketball, Volleyball, Batting Cages, Soccer, Dodgeball, Pedestal Jousting, Relay Races and Rock Climbing.

8:00pm

ACTIVITIES CONCLUDE

Guests may depart Chelsea Piers or proceed to the Mezzanine (overlooking the Field House) or Sunset Terrace (overlooking the Hudson River) for a reception (optional).

8:00pm - 10:00pm

(OPTIONAL) RECEPTION

Guests enjoy food and beverages on the Mezzanine or Sunset Terrace, provided by a Chelsea Piers preferred caterer or a Kosher caterer.

10:00pm

EVENT CONCLUDES

Guests depart Chelsea Piers.
