- Total body strength conditioning the gymnastics way
- A new approach to personal conditioning using the medium of Olympic gymnastics
- Training techniques utilizing specific gymnastics exercises and drills
- Sample workouts include
- Handstand pushups and planches on parallel bars
- Muscle-ups and crosses on the rings
- Dips and casts on the bars
- Power lower body drills
- Climbing rope conditioning
- Program developed by World Championship gymnast Hector Salazar and USA Olympic gymnastics coach Peter Kormann
