Total body strength conditioning the gymnastics way
A new approach to personal conditioning using the medium of Olympic gymnastics
Training techniques utilizing specific gymnastics exercises and drills

Sample workouts include

  1. Handstand pushups and planches on parallel bars
  2. Muscle-ups and crosses on the rings
  3. Dips and casts on the bars
  4. Power lower body drills
  5. Climbing rope conditioning
Program developed by World Championship gymnast Hector Salazar and USA Olympic gymnastics coach Peter Kormann
Class instructors: Randy Dorleans and Luis Beaz

This intensive training program is designed for women and men in good condition ready to take on the ultimate physical challenge.

Cost: Saturday Gymtensity is a drop-in class just like all other adult gymnastics classes. $27 per class.
