How to Register
Registration Fee:
- Spring 2008: $2,400 team fee, $240 individual fee
- Summer 2008: $2,100 team fee, $210 individual fee
- Fall 2008: $2,800 team fee, $280 individual fee
- Team Registrations require $600
team deposit
Registration Deadline:
Registrations accepted on
a rolling basis. Registration begins one month prior to the start
date.
Registration Procedure:
- Fill-out Registration Form (team or individual)
- Select a division / level of play (current participants receive
preference)
- Fill-out team roster if necessary
- Return completed Registration Form
and Fee
to the
Front
Desk ($600
team deposit,
full team
fee or
full individual fee).
Registrations can either be mailed, faxed (212-336-6515), hand-delivered
or completed over-the-phone through out Front Desk.
Note: Team Registrations - All balance of payments must be made by the first game of the season.
