All classes are 60 minutes.
Classes consist of instruction in stick handling, dribbling, shooting and defensive techniques. All classes inclde a scrimmage of three 8-minute periods. All equipment is provided except mouth guards WHICH ARE REQUIRED and are available for purchase at the Field House Front Desk.
