Adult Classes
All clases are 90 minutes. No pre-registration required. Classes are offered year-round. Students may attend one or several classes per week.

Gymnastics for Beginners

A beginning level class for anyone with little or no gymnastics experience. Class emphasis is on basics, flexibility, strength and the fundamentals of gymnastics movement.

Adult Gymnastics Workshop (All levels)

This unique class offers a thorough warm-up and integrates elements of yoga, dance and partner stretching. Strong emphasis is placed on the fundamentals of tumbling and strength conditioning.

Beginner/Intermediate

The class requires no prior gymnastics experience and begins with a group warm-up/stretch, then proceeds with basic tumbling skills on the floor and tumble track. Students learn handstands, rolls, cartwheels, round-offs, handsprings and saltos.

Intermediate

For intermediate level gymnasts only. The class begins with a group warm-up/stretch, then proceeds with tumbling skills. Students learn combinations of cartwheels, advanced handsprings along with forward and backward somersaults.

Advanced

Participants must be able to perform multiple front/back handsprings and front/back tucked somersaults unassisted. This class features difficult combinations of back to front/front to back tumbling; tumbling in and out of somersaults, etc. Students begin learning layout and twisting somersaults on the floor and tumble track. There is no structured warm-up or conditioning.

Elite

Class requirements include: round-off, back handspring, back layout somersault. This class teaches multiple twisting somersaults, twisting handsprings, twisting dive-rolls, double front/back somersaults and tumbling sequences on floor and tumble track. Students may also train on apparatus.

Apparatus

Open to all levels. Students receive instruction on all Olympic gymnastics apparatus events for both men and women.

Open Training Session (All levels)

Instructor supervised open gymnastics session. Students are able to work on individual skills under the supervision of the instructor. All Olympic gymnastics event apparatus may be utilized based on availability.
