Reservations

All parties require a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit to hold the party date and time. Payment in full is required upon completion of your party. (The Field House does not accept checks for party balances.)

Policy

The confirmed number of children attending the party is due the Monday prior to your party.

Should the patron cancel the birthday party, the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. The patron may change the time and date up to two weeks prior to the birthday party. The new date must be within 3 months of the original scheduled party.

Children must be 4 years and older to enter the main Gymnastics area.
