You may register by mail, over the phone or in person. To obtain a class registration
form, you may either download it using the links to the right (Adobe Acrobat
required) and mail/fax the form; or you may call 212.336.6500 ext. 0 to register
by phone.

Policies/Procedures
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
There is a $75 non-refundable
registration fee/deposit
included in the price
of all youth classes
at the Field House.
Request for refunds
(not including the
non-refundable registration
fee/deposit and any
classes taken) will
be considered through
February 8. No refunds
or letters of credit
will be given after
this date.
If you are unsure about enrollment, you may sign up for a Trial Class. Trial Classes are based on availability and are offered at a cost of $25-$35 per class. Only one trial class is allowed per child.
YOUTH
CLASS MAKE-UP POLICY
Students are allowed to make up a
maximum of two classes
per semester. Make-ups
for youth classes must
be taken during our Field
House Festival Week at
the end of each semester.
Passes for make-up sessions
during Festival Week
may be obtained from the appropriate program
director. Make-ups must
be used during the semester in which the
original class was missed.
