The Field House's 23,000-square-foot gymnastics training center in the only gymnastics facility in New York City sanctioned for competition by USA Gymnastics. Gymnasts of all ages and abilities - from toddlers to adults, beginners to Olympic hopefuls - will find equipment, programs and instructors to help them experience the thrill of athletic success. Highly experienced and safety-certified coaches identify individual strengths and help students excel at their own levels in workouts that stress form, strength and flexibility training.

How We Organize
Our Classes

Classes are organized in groups according to gender, age and ability. Emphasis is placed on the fun of movement, as well as the fundamentals that are the basis for success in all sports. A low student-to-teacher ratio ensures personal attention and maximizes safety.
