School / Clinic Cancellation Policy

All schools and clinics scheduled must be cancelled 72 hours before the start of the school or clinic or program fees will be forfeited. All programs cancelled after the 72-hour window will be forfeited.

Private Lesson Adjustment Policy

All private lessons scheduled must be cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours before the start of the lesson. All lessons cancelled after the 24-hour window will be forfeited.
