Time Trial Series

Come test your off-season fitness, beat those mid-winter training blahs and stay sharp for racing over the winter!

Course Approximately 10 miles
Categories Men under 45, Men 45+, Women under 45, Women 45+
Format 2 rounds of riders, maximum 40 riders, first-come, first-served.  Each round will be allotted 1 hour, 15 min. to warm–up and complete the course. If you do not finish the course, you will be given credit for the distance and time completed.  Each round may consist of riders in any field; rounds are not necessarily grouped by category. All riders will warm-up 10 minutes, and then racing starts. On the PerfPro System, everyone starts together; all times are individually recorded. Prizes will be awarded!

WHAT TO BRING

All participants must bring their own road or tri bike in good working condition. No hybrids or mountain bikes, no fixed-gear bikes. Smooth tread tires only; no knobby tires. We recommend an indoor trainer tire to avoid tire damage. Riders should have proper pedals (no flat pedals, no toe-clip straps) and wear a kit for indoor cycling. Bring your own water bottles, nutrition, etc.  There is water available in the Performance Center and food, drinks and snacks are available at the Sports Center Café. 

Classes with the symbol require advance online registration. Classes without the symbol are drop-ins and do not require advance registration, although it is encouraged. Classes with the symbol are fee-based. Enjoy your class!
