Coached by Elite Trainer Josh Hidalgo, lifters develop the proper technique required to execute the squat, bench and deadlift. Whether you are a competitive powerlifter or a recreational lifter the CPNY Powerlifting team is the place to smash your personal records. Members on the team compete regularly in sanctioned meets and are currently preparing to compete at the national level.
