X’s and Ow’s: Pro Football Training Camp

Are you a football fanatic or do you just want to learn more about the game? Regardless of your preference, X’s and Ow’s Pro Football Training Camp will satisfy your craving for football. This program is a fully comprehensive pro-styled training camp taught by former football player and advanced trainer, James “JC” Chambers. Each class, composed of both an educational part (X’s) and a practical part (Ow’s), will lead you to your fitness goals while teaching you the fundamentals of football from a players perspective – with actual plays, formations and position training from your very own playbook.

 

Here’s how the class is structured:

 
The X’s – Football Education
The first 30 minutes of each X's and Ow's class is devoted to simply understanding the complicated terminology: play calling, formation, and pre-snap quarterback reads. By understanding the strategy behind the play calling, you will be better able to recognize key match ups that coaches and players try to exploit to dominate opponents and assure victory.
 

The Ow’s -- Practical Football
During the next 60 minutes of class, participants are put through pro-football-style stretches, drills and conditioning. Following similar formats used by your favorite pro teams, you will learn all the same drills that turn average players into all-stars. X’s and Ow’s Pro Football Training Camp is a great way to get in shape while learning more about one of America’s favorite past times, football.
