JumpSport classes are coming to the Sports Center! JumpSport, featuring state-of-the-art JumpSport Fitness Trampolines™, is the newest addition to the Sports Center class schedule. This new breed of trampoline - which replaces traditional coil springs with elastic bands - is designed to heighten the enjoyment of exercise while reducing stress on joints. JumpSport Fitness Trampolines combines a full-body workout with the fun of bouncing that will bring you right back to your childhood!
