On Saturday, October 30, 1999 from Noon until 4:00 PM, Chelsea Piers proudly presents The Fourth Annual Chelsea Piers Halloween Carnival presented by DIME, a free, fun-filled event for kids of all ages. The carnival will take place, rain or shine, on Pier 62, Chelsea Piers, 23rd Street and the Hudson River, New York City. The event features dozens of carnival games, a huge kids' costume contest, our legendary Haunted Ship, Big Apple Circus clowns, a performance by the cast of Broadway's Kat and the Kings, and much, much more. 10,000 people are expected to attend.
