AT CHELSEA PIERS LAUCHES THE FITNESS PROTECTION
PROGRAM
(New York, NY, December 12, 2005) – With 2006
just around the corner, The Sports Center at Chelsea
Piers recognizes that resolution season is fast approaching.
With that in mind, the Sports Center is launching
the brand new Fitness Protection Program, a revolutionary
new way to keep your resolution of fitness and get
in shape for the whole year to come.
The Fitness Protection Program invites Sports Center
Members to get on board for a year-long fitness plan,
which includes five training sessions to get you
started during the first month of the year, and one
training session a month for the subsequent 11 months
of 2006 – all for just $93 a month! ($1,100
total.)
Kick-off January in fitness style, as you get to
know your trainer, receive a personalized workout
plan, create and work towards attainable goals, and
brush up on how to use all of the equipment the Sports
Center has to offer. Beginning in February, have
one personal training session a month to review your
routine, check in with a trainer to keep your workout
on track, and incorporate new exercise elements into
your workout to keep it fresh and fun!
In addition, Program participants enjoy added website
features, including fitness facts, nutrition tips,
a monthly focus on a different body part, and fitness
articles to keep your mind on the plan even when
you’re away from the gym floor.
