The Sports Center features a 6-lane, 25-yard, competition-style pool with an adjacent oversized whirlpool spa. With floor to ceiling windows on three sides, members can enjoy expansive views of the Hudson River and downtown Manhattan, making it a destination unto itself.

The Aquatics Program at the Sports Center provides a wide range of programs and activities that appeal to swimmers of all experience levels, from beginners to elite competitors. All programs are led by experienced coaches and instructors who utilize the most current teaching and training techniques.
