Looking for a team but don’t have a sport? Enlist in The Beast! Sweat it out 3 days a week with the newest fitness program at the Sports Center at Chelsea Piers. Led by Sports Center Trainer Gerald Moore, The Beast is the ultimate boot camp for motivated adults who want to take their training to the next level.
Participants get three days of squat thrusts, suicides, lunges, obstacle courses and 150,000 square feet of space for innovative, heart-pounding fitness fun.
Small groups, individualized attention and dynamic training at New York City's most versatile training venue yield concrete results.
