The Sports Center boxing program is a world-class training program
led by Sports Center instructor Jason Lee. Our program is designed
for all levels, from novice boxers to well-trained amateur
fighters looking for a fun workout. Boxing is an excellent
dual-purpose workout which offers challenges that are hard
to find on the strength or cardio decks. Clients train with
jump ropes, heavy bags, speed bags, and focus pads, and also
utilize reflex drills, hand-eye coordination exercises, foot
work drills, shadow boxing, plyometrics and other cross-training
fundamentals.

All new members receive a complimentary 30-minute boxing evaluation
to assess and evaluate ability, technique and form. Evaluations
may be scheduled at the Mezzanine Fitness Desk.
