This fall, learn to box! Group Boxing Classes* are sports-conditioning classes taught by Sports Center instructor, Jason Lee. Jason has 23 years of experience training people of all levels, from novice boxers to well-trained world-class professional fighters. Boxing is an excellent full-body workout and provides increased agility, coordination, speed, endurance, confidence and fresh challenges. Our primary boxing instructor, Jason Lee, has 23 years of boxing experience. Our boxing instructors are skilled at training boxers of all levels. Boxing is a proven training modality that will help you achieve your goals. Customized one-hour sessions are available for all levels. Learn new skills, develop technique, improve endurance and achieve your fitness goals. All first-time boxers are entitled to a complimentary one-hour lesson.
