The Beast Boot Camp

Looking for a team but don't have a sport? Enlist in The Beast!
Sweat it out up to 3 days per week(M,W,F) with Manhattan's ultimate boot camp. Led by Sports Center Trainer and Army Sergeant/Master Trainer, Gerald Moore, The Beast is a boot camp for motivated adults who want to take their training to the next level. Participants enjoy innovative, heart-pounding fitness training as they tackle obstacle courses and execute squat thrusts, suicides and lunges. Small groups, individualized attention and dynamic training at New York City's most versatile training venue yield concrete results.
