Class Studios

Need a little encouragement? Take a group class! The Sports Center features over 100 group fitness classes per week hosted by world-class instructors in two spacious, sunny studios. In addition to the studios, group fitness classes are also held on the indoor track, the indoor sand volleyball court, in the swimming pool, boxing ring, cycle studio and on the indoor rock climbing wall. Specialty classes are scheduled throughout the year, including master classes with guest instructors. In the summer, group classes are also periodically held on the two sundecks. Look for in-club announcements regarding specialty classes throughout the year and any schedule changes for the week.

Class Levels
The Sports Center is proud to offer group fitness classes that cover a wide range of interests and ability levels. Fitness classes listed in the Class Schedule are designated as "beginner," "intermediate," or "advanced." Sports Center instructors are also adept at suggesting modifications that allow members to participate at any level.

Class Etiquette
Please be considerate of your fellow classmates and instructor, and follow guidelines posted outside of the Class Studios. These will help ensure the safety and comfort of you and those around you, and help make your class experience an enjoyable one!
