What shoes do I need for a Cycle Class?
The Keiser Bikes in our Cycle Studio use the Triple Link Pedal System, which consists of 3 attachments, allowing our members to wear a variety of shoes to any Cycle Class.

| This pedal bracket works best with Delta brand clips.
ON THE SHOE: This clip has a triangular attachment on the outside of the shoe, located in the forefoot
(please note: the Keo brand clip does not work on our pedal system – it is too small) |
This pedal bracket should work with any brand of SPD cycling shoes.
ON THE SHOE: The clip attachment is slightly recessed inside the sole of the cycle shoe, and is located in the forefoot. The SPD clip is originally known and used for mountain bikes.
| This cage and strap attachment needs tto be clipped into the LOOK clip and then can accommodate all sneakers or non-cycle shoes. |
