Cycle Classes
Cycle classes are a great way to get a vigorous workout, burn serious calories and tone your lower body. The Sports Center's various cycling routines keep classes fresh and exciting, often incorporating strength training opportunities or even music videos. In all classes, cyclists are guided through a warm-up, steady cadences, climbs, flats, sprints and a cool-down.
Private Cycle Instruction
Private cycle instruction is also available. Our highly trained cycle instructors tailor a training program to meet your specific needs. Whether you are a beginner cyclist or looking to take your cycling skills outdoors, you are matched with a capable and qualified instructor. Private cycle instruction is available for one-on-one, semi-private and small group training.
