Full Throttle Racing Team

Full ThrottleFull Throttle, an 8-week, high-intensity triathlon training program for Sports Center members only, led by Elite trainer Scott Berlinger, is geared towards all aspects of triathlon racing.

All levels of triathlon competitors are welcome, from beginners to seasoned veterans. Interested club members are encouraged to join, regardless of ability level. Full Throttle covers all aspects of triathlon training, including:

  • Swimming
  • Biking
  • Running
  • Functional Training
  • Core Work
  • Strength Training
  • Agility Work
  • Proper Form
  • Healthy Racing
  • Race Preparation
  • Race Simulation

Start Dates: January 9, March 5, April 30

Length: 8 weeks: up to five, 2-hour sessions per week

Schedule: Weekdays, 5:45am - 8:00am

Price: $549; Open to Sports Center members only
