Cancellation Policy

In order to maintain the safety and comfort of all members and their guests, we reserve the right to cancel the membership of anyone who has acted inappropriately, has not complied with the Sports Center rules and regulations or has ignored the requests or directions of the management of the Sports Center. Carrying firearms, illegal weapons or drugs is prohibited, and may result in immediate cancellation of membership.

You may cancel this agreement at any time for any of the following reasons but will pay a cancellation fee.

1. You relocate to a location that is 25 miles away from the Sports Center.*
2. You have a medical condition in which a doctor will not allow you to work out for at least 6 months.
3. In the event of death.
4. According to New York State law, you have the right to cancel and receive a full refund during the first three days of your membership. After the three days have elapsed, your membership is in effect for a minimum of twelve paid months.

*If the address when you join is more than 25 miles away from the Sports Center, that same address can not be used for cancellation of the membership.

All cancellation requests require 30 days written notice to qualify. In a situation in which you have moved, or are moving, please provide us with a copy of a new lease, utility bill or bank statement as proof of new residence. For all medical issues, please provide us with a detailed letter from a doctor. Dues will be pro-rated through the end of the membership for cancellations over 12 paid months. Please fax (if you fax, please call to confirm we received it), deliver in person or mail completed and signed Cancellation Request Forms with valid proof, if applicable, to:
