Can I change my membership status?

Please be aware of the following regulations:

• As a "single rate" Member, you have 60 days from the day you joined to bring in a friend to join and have your contract adjusted to the "two-person rate."
• As an EFT Member, you have 60 days from the day you joined to upgrade your Membership and pay off the balance owed on a Paid In Full annual Membership.
• According to New York State law, you have the right to cancel and receive a full refund during the first three days of your Membership. After the three days have elapsed, your Membership is in effect for at least one full year.
• To upgrade your Membership, please contact your Membership Consultant.
