Performax, Tuesdays & Thursdays

6:00am - 7:00am in Studio A

Led by Eilon Kedem, 2nd place finisher at the 2005 Israeli Army Krav Maga Championship, this high-intensity interval training workout consists of cardio, balance, strength, plyometrics and static hold drills that target every muscle group. The combination of heart pumping cardio and intense strength training will help increase your Vo2 max and decrease your resting heart rate. Participants will notice increased flexibility, endurance and muscle definition after just a few sessions!

Sculpt & Burn, Mondays & Wednesdays

7:00am - 8:00am in Studio B/A

Sculpt & Burn begins with a dynamic warm-up and a variety of light cardio exercises, such as jogging and jumping jacks, to get the blood flowing. The class is then broken down into sections of sculpting and fat burning high-intensity rounds. The sculpting sections of the class use dumbbells, resistance bands and body bars. The fat burning rounds are in Tabata format, meaning you'll give 100 percent effort for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated 8 times. Exercises for the Tabata rounds are a mix of plyometrics and calisthenics with light to no weights. Sound tough? It is! But the good news is that Tabata has been scientifically proven to burn more fat than a traditional 60-minute aerobic workout.
