Specialty Classes

Specialty classes and workshops are scheduled throughout the year, and feature specialized instruction with guest instructors. These specialty classes provide more intensive training over the course of 4 or 8-weeks and are available for an additional fee. Non-members are also welcome.

Specialty Classes have included: Beginner Swim, Tennis Tune-Up, Capoeira Cross-Training, Specialty Yoga, Ping-Pong, Vollyeball and Zumba.

In the summer, group classes are also periodically held on the two sundecks. Look for in-club announcements regarding specialty classes throughout the year.
