The Sports Center is open for family participation Sundays from 9:00am - 2:00pm. All members are encouraged to bring their children 15 years and younger. There is a $5 charge per child.
Safety is our first concern for your children. Parents are required to supervise their children at all times during Family Day, as our activities are designed for parent participation. All sports programming ends promptly at 1:00pm and all families are to depart the Sports Center by 2:00pm.

Parents must be belay certified in order for your family to participate in Open Climb.
Private rock climbing lessons are available for an additional fee. Advanced reservation is required, please call 212.336.6083.
Sand Volleyball court is subject to availability as members are scheduled for open play on Sundays.
Please refer to Sunday's classes on the Fitness Class schedule. Classes include dance, yoga and specialty classes from time to time.
Children are not permitted in any other areas of the club.
Children over the age of 5 are not permitted in locker rooms of the opposite sex. Bathrooms on the Mezzanine level may be used for changing purposes.
