advanced workouts including circuit training, super setting, drop setting,
superslow, core work, stability drills and balance training, these trainers
will help you accomplish your goals and overcome existing plateaus.

P.I.E.R. (Performance Improving Exercise Regimen) training is available
for those interested in an even more challenging level of training.
These sessions are intended for those individuals who possess a strong
commitment to attaining specific performance
and/or fitness goals. P.I.E.R. Trainers are experts in sports-specific
training, which is ideal for those preparing for an event or competition,
or for those looking to improve their proficiency in a given sport.

Elite training is available for members interested in training with
the most accomplished personal trainers in the fitness industry.
Elite level trainers are distinguished experts in their respective
fields and hold the highest level of certifications and advanced
degrees. Elite Trainer specialties include sport-specific training,
special populations, post rehabilitation work, and athletic conditioning.
