Elite trainer Grayson Fertig employs the same methods he has used to train professional, collegiate, and aspiring Olympic athletes realize their highest potential.
During this 4-week camp, athletes improve quickness, agility, power, balance, speed, and strength through performance based drills and exercises. By fusing together the most effective exercises, each practice brings the athlete closer to a state where body and mind work in a seamless fashion so that a progressively higher level of athletic execution is achieved. By shifting paradigms, athletes will move beyond fitness and truly learn how to move in space.
