The Sports Center welcomes SurfSET Fitness to the club, offering a variety of classes each week, through April 2. SurfSET classes feature the revolutionary RipSurfer X, specially designed by the program's creators. The RipSurfer X is perfect for building a tight core. Functional exercises performed on the unstable surface keep the abdominal and postural muscles constantly engaged throughout a workout.
SurfSET fitness classes range from 30 minutes to 60 minutes and train muscular strength, endurance and explosive power, while increasing balance, agility and aerobic conditioning. Single classes, multi-week camps and class cards are available; please see the schedule below. Classes will be held in Studio D, across from the Rock Wall entrance.
