SurfSET Fitness Classes

SurfSET classes feature the revolutionary RipSurfer X, specially designed by the program's creators. The RipSurfer X is perfect for building a tight core. Functional exercises performed on the unstable surface keep the abdominal and postural muscles constantly engaged throughout a workout. SurfSET fitness classes train muscular strength, endurance and explosive power, while increasing balance, agility and aerobic conditioning.

Member Registration

In order to better serve our members, we have upgraded our SurfSET registration software. You may be asked to create a new account in order to register for a class. If you experience any difficulties or the system asks for payment, please contact 212.336.6000 and ask to speak to a manager.

Cost FREE
As of January 1, 2014,
non-members may no longer register for SurfSET classes.
Participants who arrive later than 5 minutes past the class start time may lose their spot in the class.
Cancellation Policy
We ask that members give 6 hours notice if you are not able to attend, so others may take the spot in class.
