Aquatics Personal Training
The Sports Center offers private and semi-private instruction throughout the year by experienced swim coaches and instructors who utilize the most current teaching and training techniques. Programs and lessons include:

- Freestyle Instruction for Triathletes
- Video Feedback with the Coach Cam
- Learn to Swim for Beginners
- Youth Swim Instruction for the children of members
