The Sports Center offers small group training for members looking for an alternative to one-on-one training and a more social or team setting to achieve fitness and weight loss goals. Members can create their own groups or inquire about joining an established group.

Training Groups are comprised of anywhere from 3 to 6 members, and work with a Personal Trainers for a minimum of 4 sessions.


Specialized Personal Training
The Sports Center offers specialized and sport-specific training in the following disciplines, and much more: Aquatics, Basketball, Boxing, Cycling, Endurance, Fitness, Pilates, Rock Climbing, Running, Strength Training, Triathlon Training, Volleyball, Weight Loss, Power Lifting.
