New Member Fitness Package

The New Member Fitness Package is our way of welcoming you to the gym. This package is designed to get you acclimated to our facilities, introduce you to our wide range of programming, and set up on your way to fulfilling your fitness goals. All new members, from the beginner who is new to fitness to the seasoned athlete, can benefit from this package and are encouraged to take advantage of the complimentary training. If you should have any questions, please inquire at the Fitness Desk and a member of our Personal Training Staff will be happy to assist you.

2 Group Training Sessions (Complimentary • 1-hour sessions)

Get acquainted with the club as one of our personal trainers guides you through a fun and dynamic group workout. Choose from 3 levels of group training to suit your individual needs. Fitness Jumpstart (Beginner)
If you are a fitness novice and want to learn how to use our equipment, and get a good workout with a mix of both strength and cardio, this class is for you.

SC Circuit (Beginner/Intermediate)
Get a great circuit workout under the supervision of one of our experienced trainers. Challenging and fun, SC Circuit lets you work out at your own pace. It's all about you and wherever you are on your fitness journey.

X-Fit 60 (Intermediate/Advanced)
Looking for a workout that is intense, fun and athletic? X-Fit 60 will boost your confidence by bringing out your inner-athlete and give you a workout like no other.


2 Personal Training Sessions (Complimentary • 1-hour sessions)

One of our experienced and knowledgeable trainers will design a customized plan that reflects your interests and fitness level. Your personal training sessions are a great opportunity to learn how to properly use the equipment throughout the facility. Body Baseline Report
New Members receive a 50% discount on a Body Baseline Report if completed within 30 days of your membership start date. Gain valuable information to guide your fitness routine. Assessments include everything from flexibility level to body composition to VO2 Max. Body Baseline report is $25 with the New Member Discount.
