Pilates Personal Training

Our accomplished Pilates instructors are available for both private and semi-private Pilates training lessons. Lessons are conducted on Pilates Reformers and the Cadillac Trapeze Table and Stability Chair.


Pilates Classes

The Sports Center also offers a variety of Pilates classes throughout the week, including mat and Reformer classes, for members who prefer a class setting for their workouts. View the Weekly Schedule ▸

The Sports Center offers specialized and sport-specific training in the following disciplines, and much more: Aquatics, Basketball, Boxing, Cycling, Endurance, Fitness, Pilates, Rock Climbing, Running, Strength Training, Triathlon Training, Volleyball, Weight Loss, Power Lifting.
